Roslyn Baldwin was raised in Camden and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW. Her career started in computing with a successful sales career for 8 years in the financial markets of Sydney and London. The career path then changed to Real Estate. Her 14 years sales experience covers the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, the Inner West and for the last 10 years running her own business in Sydney and the Macarthur Area.
Her enthusiasm for computing and technological expertise has allowed much of her prospecting for purchasers to be automated, and gives her a database upon which to call for purchasers in the Macarthur Area.
As each client is different, Roslyn understands that each sale will be different. Her marketing is not bound by repetitive standards that are in place in most agencies. Advertising for a property needs to reflect the unique style of the property and the owner. In consultation with the client, we will customise each property sale with a constant eye to supporting innovative and successful new ideas where applicable.
This is a small agency and as such only holds a small number of properties for sale at any one time, which allows each property to have the attention it deserves for its marketing and sales campaign.
This agency is experienced in sales and marketing of residential and commercial properties, rural sub-divisions of land and rural land sales.
For us the most important aspects of selling a property are:

- understanding what marketing strategies suit the property and the client
- utilizing the best possible marketing strategy given the economic climate
- using negotiating skills to achieve the best possible results in any given market
